Chelse has experience working in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient programs. She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable in their own skin, break free from their limitations, foster deep connections with themselves and others, and create lives that genuinely make them happy. She aims to create a warm and accepting environment where you can embrace your true self without fear of judgment, experience genuine recognition, attentive listening, and acquire the skills to break free from the obstacles that hinder you from living a life that brings you genuine joy.

Chelse enjoys working with adolescents and adults that struggle with self-esteem, trauma, stress, disordered eating and eating disorders. She is a strong supporter of the Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy. HAES focuses on healthy habits rather than fixating on the scale. In a nutshell, HAES encourages people of all sizes to practice self-care with kindness. She utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT and person-centered therapy, and adds expressive arts techniques to her sessions for a holistic approach.
